Not only that, but don't ask questions.
Mr. Fetzer says we need to be reflective listeners.
Listen closely enough that you're able to repeat what they said back to them. He says this can improve your relationships. Dick Fetzer says if we are good listeners, people know we care. Which in turn, would make us more effective to be able to reach others for Christ.
